Sew Spoiled

My sister and I did a craft fair in December and I made us these cute aprons to match. They were really easy to make. Took maybe an hour. The little girls on the fabric remind me of my sister and I as children. Mine is hanging in my kitchen, which is also red.

I was inspired to create this from http://www.patchworkpottery.com/ . She is so talented and has an eye for detail. Her tea cup pouch and pot holder patterns are suppose to be coming out in February 2008, I can't wait!!!! I wish her the best of luck with her patterns. First, I embroidered on a strip of fabric " Tea Time". Then I patch worked the pieces together. I added a tubular handle. Finally, I cut the tea cup shapes out and sewed it together. It was fun to piece it together.
