Pants-1-2010-09-28-21-30.jpg
These are the most comfortable PJ Pants I have ever made. They are super soft and a great fit!
I put them on and my husband looked at me funny and said, “Are those pants or pj pants.” After I said, “PJ pants” he seem to sigh a relief. I love color and fun fabrics! Men are so funny.

once my sister was leaning over the coffee table talking to me while I was sitting on the couch. All of a sudden says, "man, its hot in here", looks down, and realizes her fleece vest has caught fire from a candle on the table. She screams, rips all her clothes off, and then remembers to stop, drop, and roll. She was fine. I was in trouble for laughing and not helping.

Last year my daddy had surgery. Afterwords, his sodium dropped and he forgot who he was for 2 days. We were assured that is was only temporary. For some reason, I was the only one that he thought could do anything at all. I went and took a nap and later went back to his room to see my mom standing up and staring at the wall. I asked what in the world was going on! My daddy explained that, as long as some one was watching the wall, the fire that was on it would not get too close. He got aggitated because she was letting the flames get too close so my daddy started watching the wall. She was also not doing a very good job.

He turned to me and blurted out *Camille cannot watch that wall any better than your mom can.*

We all burst into laughter. We knew then he would be alright because he recognized who there were.

And yes, my daddy is good as new now!
Oh! I forgot to tell you I love your pj pants!

my husband was replacing an old wooden garage door on July 4. The temperature was a humid, sweltering 99 degrees. He refused help holding boards in place before nailing them. When the nailing didn't go just right, lots of "words" would come from the garage area. I took him a glass of iced tea and discovered he had hit his thumb not once but 3 times!!! He said "I just kept looking at my thumb and hitting it anyway!" He was covered in perspiration, eyes watering, and was demonstrating how he'd hit the same thumb...lo and behold he hit the same thumb again!!! We just stared at each other...me trying not to laugh...him trying not to yell...and we both started to laugh. (His thumb is fine now)

Sweet Coin Purse Tutorial for Teacher Gifts

This time of year is so special to me because I get to show my gratitude for all of the hard work that goes into teaching my daughters. I love to make handmade gifts and this year is no exception. Since money does not grow on trees around here, I looked at my stash (I keep my scraps in hat boxes ) and tried to see what I had a lot of; small zippers, trims, Peltex strips ( from making iPad cases ), fabric scraps and some hardware for key fobs. So I set to work.  Materials: Plastic multipurpose 5" Zipper  Fabric Scraps Lightweight interfacing 808 Pellon Trims (We clipped  key fobs  with 1.5" swivel hooks onto our coin purses . There are tons of tutorials on making key fobs .) Step 1: Print out the Coin Purse Template  PDF.  Cut 2 main fabric, cut 2 lining and 2 interfacing using the template.  Optional: Cut a 2"X2" square of your choice main fabric or lining. This strip of fabric is used to clip a key fob to your coin purse later. We used a 1.5
